      You may use this page to download forms such as building permit applications, agent authorization forms, etc.  You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to read some of the forms.  This is available free for downloading from Adobe and is no big deal to install.

          Click on the link to the jurisdiction to select the form which you need and then  print it out.  Some of the forms will require an original signature.
